Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
NeQu (operated by Good Hair No Hair LLC) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email used at checkout, or
- Email us at support@nequ.app and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel any time from your billing page. After the initial 30-day window, renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but please reach out — we review reasonable requests case by case.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly.
