Terms of Service

1. Who you're contracting with
NeQu is operated by Good Hair No Hair LLC ("NeQu", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Payments & Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for the refund window.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service. You agree not to:
- Use the service unlawfully or fraudulently, or send spam
- Infringe the intellectual property of NeQu or any third party
- Interfere with security, including probing, scanning, scraping, or introducing malware
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use
4. Account
You must be of legal age to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. One account per person. Account sharing is prohibited.
5. Content sharing — strictly prohibited
All questions, answer choices, explanations, and study materials on NeQu are proprietary content. You agree that you will not:
- Reproduce, screenshot, photograph, screen-record, or otherwise capture content for distribution
- Share, post, sell, or transmit any content to other persons, websites, study groups, or platforms
- Bulk-download, scrape, or use automated tools to extract content
- Allow another person to access the service through your account
Every question you view is digitally watermarked with your account identifier. Any leaked content can and will be traced back to the source account.
Violation results in immediate, permanent account termination without refund, and may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
6. Intellectual property
All questions, explanations, software, and branding are the exclusive property of Good Hair No Hair LLC. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to view content for your individual study only. No reverse engineering, resale, or redistribution.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations — including suspected content sharing detected through watermark tracing or behavioral analysis.
8. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Content is for educational reference and is not a substitute for professional medical judgment.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
