Refund Policy

We want you to have a great experience with NeQu. If something isn't working as expected, please let us know—we're here to help.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date.

When reviewing refund requests, we may consider factors such as:

  • Technical issues that prevented access to or use of the platform
  • Billing errors or accidental duplicate purchases
  • Whether the issue could not be reasonably resolved through customer support
  • The overall usage of the platform and the circumstances surrounding the request

Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund, but every request will be reviewed fairly and responded to promptly.

Digital Content and Platform Access

NeQu provides immediate access to digital educational content upon purchase.

Because access is granted immediately, refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Dissatisfaction after substantial use of the platform
  • Failure to cancel a recurring subscription before the next billing date
  • Requests made after significant access to questions, explanations, educational content, or other platform features

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing or using NeQu as intended, please contact us. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and, when appropriate, consider a refund.

How to Request a Refund

The fastest way is to contact us by clicking the Contact button within NeQu and providing:

  • The email address used for your purchase
  • Your approximate purchase date
  • A brief description of the issue

You may also manage your order directly through Paddle, NeQu's Merchant of Record, at paddle.net. Paddle processes all approved refunds using your original payment method.

Subscription Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period or any previous payments.

After 30 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the original purchase date are generally not eligible for a refund but may be considered in exceptional circumstances at NeQu's sole discretion.

Refund Policy Abuse

NeQu reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of fraud, abuse of this refund policy, or substantial use of the platform before a refund request is made.

Our goal is to treat every customer fairly while protecting the integrity of the NeQu learning platform.
